Cycle & Tone
This high energy group class integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise program. Half of the class is dedicated to cycling on the bike and other is based off of strength training.
20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, & 20 minutes core.
ZUMBA® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. This one hour class will strengthen core muscles, enhance balance and stability, and improves posture and alignment to help amp your every move!
Rockin Party, Rock Hard Body perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define their muscles. The light weight maraca-like toning sticks enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning targeted areas including arms, core and lower body.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
Designed with a core and cardio focus in an interval structure, each week will transition from cardio movements, to core movements to strength movements in sets that will keep your body and mind active! From kettlebells, bands, and medicine balls, to spinning bikes, steps and weights, we will work your whole body and get you healthier in a fun high energy environment!
Arms & Abs
The focus of this class is upper body strength work to focused core work in a unique environment that encourages you to be the best you can be. All levels are encouraged: we modify individually and will work with any fitness level. Start your week right and come to class Monday night!
Sculpt your body from head to toe using light weights and body resistance!
A fusion between ballet moves, cardio, weights and yoga.
Get Ripped & Spin
This class takes you on an intense cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike for the first ½ hour and then turn your body into fat burning machine with cardiovascular conditioning including boot camp style drills. Rev up your metabolism with this class which also includes core conditioning and strength training.
